Office Space Layout
The offices of the Union des artistes (UDA), located in Montréal, were the subject of a layout project aimed at modernizing the workspaces and meeting the evolving needs of the organization. Completed by Lanthier Construction, the mandate included the layout of administrative offices, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and reception areas for members and visitors.
Particular attention was given to spatial functionality, workstation ergonomics, and finish quality to create a professional yet welcoming environment.
Delivered within a creative and cultural building, this corporate project required close coordination among all stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of the new layout and delivery aligned with the client's expectations.
