New Building Construction for Tecnar
For Tecnar, Lanthier Construction delivered a new building bringing together specialized laboratories, versatile technical spaces, and high-performance mechanical infrastructure. This industrial and technological project was designed in close collaboration with the client to anticipate operational needs from the preconstruction phase.
The mandate included the layout of laboratories, as well as the integration of specialized equipment and sophisticated HVAC systems ensuring precise control of temperature, humidity, and air quality. Mezzanines and flexible areas were also laid out to optimize space and support the future growth of operations.
Project management required sustained technical coordination, particularly for the integration of mechanical, electrical, and structured cabling systems. Through a value engineering approach and rigorous planning, the work was completed on a tight schedule while meeting the technical and municipal requirements associated with this type of new industrial building.
