The purchaser or transferee of the Company: when required as part of a reorganization of the Company’s activities, for any merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, in the event of insolvency, bankruptcy, for which these Personal information could be considered a business asset.

Retention of personal information

Personal information is kept in accordance with the retention rules and for a period necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, as well as the obligations provided for in this Policy. The files are kept for an indefinite period, as long as the company must make use of them.

Rectification: you have the right to request that any information about you that is inaccurate or incomplete be rectified.
