Site Modernization
This transformation project aims to modernize the work, research, and logistics environments at Roche Diagnostics’ Laval facility. The scope of work includes the renovation of offices and laboratories, the expansion and reconfiguration of the warehouse, and the modernization of administrative spaces in Building C. Two new loading docks are also being added to improve logistics flow and operational efficiency.
Carried out in a complex, active environment with strict quality and safety requirements, the project reflects Lanthier Construction’s expertise in pharmaceutical and scientific facility renovations.
