Renovation and Code Compliance of Two Institutional Buildings
Lanthier Construction carried out the complete renovation of two institutional buildings acquired by the Franciscan community to serve as their new living quarters and administrative headquarters. The project aimed to transform existing structures into functional, accessible spaces tailored to the community’s current needs.
The work included architectural updates, accessibility improvements, code compliance upgrades, and the integration of new finishes and systems throughout both buildings. The project was carried out with sensitivity to the community’s identity and with careful attention to quality and detail at every stage.
