Corporate Office Layout
This project involves the interior layout of office spaces located in the Saint-Laurent borough of Montréal, spread across two floors of a corporate building. Delivered for a company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of chemical products, the mandate aimed to create a modern, high-performance work environment aligned with current corporate standards.
The work carried out by Lanthier Construction included selective demolition of existing layouts and the construction of new spaces featuring enclosed offices, open work areas, meeting rooms, collaborative zones, a multifunctional cafeteria, and support areas for approximately 200 employees.
Through rigorous project management, the mandate also included upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the installation of architectural glass partitions, custom millwork, and high-end finishes. This project highlights Lanthier Construction's expertise as a general contractor in delivering commercial and corporate environments where functionality, quality, and space optimization are central priorities.
