Lanthier Construction completed the full fit-out of CIMA+’s new offices, located on the 6th floor of 101 Roland-Therrien Boulevard in Longueuil. This interior renovation project, spanning approximately 8,000 sq. ft., aimed to create a modern, collaborative work environment that reflects the firm’s identity and values.
The scope of work included the construction of private offices, open collaboration areas, meeting rooms, lounge spaces, a kitchenette, and technical rooms. Special attention was given to acoustics, lighting, and the quality of finishes to create a refined, functional workspace.
The project was carried out with close coordination between all trades involved, ensuring a smooth execution that met the client’s timeline and quality expectations.
