Caisse Desjardins Expansion and Interior Layout
The Caisse Desjardins du Quartier de Saint-Henri underwent a major expansion and interior layout project aimed at modernizing its facilities and enhancing the customer experience. Completed by Lanthier Construction, the mandate included a two-storey expansion, asbestos abatement work, and a complete transformation of the interior spaces.
Delivered within a highly frequented environment, the project was executed in six phases to ensure uninterrupted operations. The installation of a temporary banking counter, the progressive relocation of employees, and the execution of work during daytime, nighttime, and weekend periods required meticulous planning and sustained coordination among all stakeholders.
Through rigorous project management and carefully sequenced construction activities, Lanthier Construction successfully delivered a modernized facility while maintaining the continuity of services throughout the duration of the project.
