Turnkey Pharmaceutical Projects
Several turnkey projects were completed for Bristol Myers Squibb / Lantheus across Canada, including Vancouver, Mississauga, Hamilton, Montréal, Québec, and Sherbrooke. As general contractor, Lanthier Construction provided project management and full coordination for highly specialized pharmaceutical-sector mandates.
The projects included the layout of radiopharmacies as well as the construction of an FDG radioactive production room for PET scan use at the CHUS laboratory. These interventions required significant involvement from the preconstruction phase, including the awarding of professional mandates, development of performance specifications, and coordination of regulatory approvals with the relevant authorities.
The technical complexity of the installations, the use of non-standard materials, and the compressed schedules required rigorous coordination between the client, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
