New Boutique Layout
The layout of the Chemins d’Or jewelry store, located at Galeries d’Anjou in Montréal, was completed by Lanthier Construction, as general contractor, to create a refined and contemporary environment showcasing high-end jewelry and watch collections.
This commercial project included the full interior layout of the boutique, as well as the integration of distinctive architectural features contributing to a curated and immersive customer experience. Delivered within an active shopping center, this mandate required rigorous project management and close coordination with the property manager for access planning, deliveries, and construction scheduling.
All work was carried out outside of operating hours to minimize disruption to commercial activities. This turnkey project highlights Lanthier Construction’s ability to deliver high-end retail environments where aesthetics, functionality, and operational constraints must be carefully balanced.
