Office Layout
Lanthier Construction completed the layout of the new offices for 4U2C, a member of the Cirque du Soleil Group specializing in event production and multimedia experiences. Located in the Omilex Building in Montréal, the project aimed to transform a shell space into a creative, collaborative work environment that reflects the innovative spirit of the organization.
The mandate included the complete layout of administrative offices, meeting rooms, design areas, collaborative spaces, and common areas intended to foster interaction among teams. The layout incorporates a combination of raw materials, clean architectural volumes, and distinctive features that create an urban, dynamic, and authentic atmosphere.
Particular attention was given to execution quality and the integration of numerous custom architectural elements, including creative workspaces, multifunctional partitions, collaborative surfaces, and a central café area serving as a true gathering point for employees and visitors.
This project showcases Lanthier Construction’s expertise in delivering unique work environments where creativity, functionality, and brand identity come together.
