Completed for Groupe Alliance in Carignan, this project involved the expansion and modernization of an existing commercial building while preserving its distinctive presence along Chemin de Chambly.
The new wing was set back from the main facade in keeping with the actual site configuration. This placement maintains the visibility of the existing business and creates a natural transition to the new spaces, while respecting the architectural character of the existing structure.
The project was carefully managed to minimize disruption to operations and deliver a cohesive, functional result that supports the client’s long-term development goals.
