Renovation of a Retirement Home
This renovation project carried out in a retirement home included drainage works in occupied areas as well as the complete layout of one residential floor. Completed by Lanthier Construction, this mandate required rigorous project management to ensure the continuity of operations and the comfort of residents throughout the duration of the work.
The intervention included drainage works in sensitive and heavily used areas, including administrative spaces, the swimming pool, and retail spaces integrated within the residence. Careful coordination of interventions and temporary access routes helped minimize impacts on residents and users.
The project also included the complete layout of a floor comprising 26 residential units, a shared VIP lounge, and a common hallway. The spaces were modernized to provide a more functional, welcoming environment adapted to the needs of occupants.
