Groupe TVA – Expansion
To support the growth of its operations, Groupe TVA entrusted Lanthier Construction, as general contractor, with the expansion of its C wing in Montréal. This corporate project involved the addition of three floors totaling approximately 9,000 ft² and formed part of a broader strategy to develop new building capacity while optimizing existing spaces.
From the early stages, our team was involved in project management in close collaboration with the client and design professionals to support the project's development during the preliminary phase. This integrated approach, based on collaboration and value engineering, helped support approvals with the City of Montréal's Urban Planning Advisory Committee and optimize project feasibility.
Through rigorous coordination and a comprehensive understanding of both commercial and technical requirements, Lanthier Construction contributed to the successful delivery of a large-scale project combining performance, functionality, and seamless integration with the existing building.
