Project Coordinator
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Participate in contract negociation processes.
- Ensure transmission, compliance and follow-up of shop drawings.
- Prepare and update schedules using MSProject.
- Assist the Project Manager in managing changes and directives from consultants.
- Participate in work planning and coordination with subcontractors.
- Attend site meetings with consultants.
- Follow up on deficiency corrections.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and bids simultaneously.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and able to prioritize effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related construction field.
- Good knowledge of MS Project.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience (construction).
- Autonomous and proactive.
- Professionnalism with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Strong team spirit and collaborative mindset.
