Located in the Aimia Tower at 525 Viger Avenue West in Montréal, the offices of the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (formerly IIROC) underwent a layout project aimed at creating a modern, functional workplace that reflects the organization's identity and mission.
Completed by Lanthier Construction, the mandate included the full layout of administrative offices, meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and support areas designed to meet the needs of an organization operating within the financial and regulatory sector. Particular attention was given to finish quality, technology integration, and the overall functionality of the spaces.
Delivered within a premier downtown Montréal office building, the project required rigorous coordination with consultants, the property manager, and various stakeholders to ensure efficient execution and compliance with the client's requirements. The result is a professional, high-performance work environment tailored to the organization's operational needs.
