Interior Layout Across 14 Floors
Intact Insurance entrusted Lanthier Construction with the complete layout of its office spaces across 14 floors, totaling over 210,000 ft². Delivered in an occupied environment for more than 1,200 users, this large-scale corporate project required rigorous project management, close coordination among stakeholders, and detailed planning of temporary relocations to ensure business continuity.
As general contractor, our team was involved from the preconstruction phase to implement a value engineering approach tailored to the client's needs and site constraints. The work included the layout of office spaces, modernization of elevator lobbies and common areas, as well as the turnkey layout of a cafeteria, kitchens, and meeting rooms.
Despite a tight schedule and complex phasing, the project was delivered efficiently through constant communication and carefully orchestrated execution.
