Modernization of Groupe TVA Headquarters
As general contractor, Lanthier Construction carried out several interior layout and modernization projects at the Groupe TVA headquarters in Montréal, including the complete refurbishment of over 30,000 ft² across two floors.
The work included the layout of production studios, control rooms, office spaces, and strategic technical areas, as well as the full modernization of mechanical, electrical, ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems.
Executed in a continuously operating environment, the work required rigorous planning to maintain broadcasting activities and newsroom operations without interruption. Through phased execution, close coordination with stakeholders, and strict control measures for noise, dust, and safety, Lanthier Construction delivered modern, high-performance spaces while ensuring full continuity of the client's operations.
