Énergir – Magog

Construction of a new high-performance building for Énergir in Magog. Completed in just nine months, the project features a fully geothermal-heated and air-conditioned facility, including five 550-foot boreholes drilled into complex rocky ground. The work also involved major site regrading, the construction of retention basins, and the addition of electric vehicle charging infrastructures, meeting the client’s technical and environmental requirements.

Athos – Funeral Home

Funeral home expansion, including the addition of new rooms and the extension of certain areas, with a reorganization of circulation for improved flow. A new exterior entrance with a canopy and universal access was also added, enhancing both the welcome and accessibility for visitors.

Tecnar

Construction of a new building housing laboratories, versatile technical spaces, and advanced mechanical infrastructure. Every need was anticipated from the design stage, with the integration of advanced HVAC systems ensuring strict control and optimal conditions for research and production.

MANDATE

Complete restoration of the outer envelope of a heritage building (insulation, windows and masonry). Modification of the structure for the openings. Great involvement of our team with the client in the preliminary phase and to elaborate method for the repair of the masonry: removal, numbering, restoration and relocation piece by piece.

Construction of a new building of 3 floors. A great involvement of our team in preconstruction. Professional mandate by Lanthier Construction. Close collaboration to obtain approval from the City of Montreal’s Urban Planning Advisory Committee (UPAC) for the project.
